Fishing out of Carolina beach we get lucky and land two doormat citation flounder on live bait during our two week North Carolina flounder season in 2021. Carolina Beach has the Cape Fear River and Snows Cut bodies of water that are home to massive flounder. We catch back 2 back citation flounder in this video!!!!
