Veg clear soup is full of vitamins and minerals. Its good for energy, strength and weight loss. My nutritionist recommended veg clear soup in my Indian diet for weight loss program. It hardly takes 15-30 mins to cook. You can use all sort of veggies in this soup. I have not used corn flour - it's not healthy. Veg clear soup can be take in lunch or dinner. As much as you like. It keeps you full. I'm a foodie, Can't control. Lol I need variety, I wanted dosa, upma, uttapam, noodles, paratha and rice, I'm eating all but in a healthy way. Still I'm losing weight following this Indian diet weight loss program and gaining strength. I'm sharing my experience. =================================== My diet plan videos: 1) Intro : /watch/0N5EPlo1xnB1E 2) My Day 1 Diet : /watch/gDjhWtYjefVjh My Indian diet Recipes: 1) Besan chilla: /watch/YVjGBDU-wT3-G 2) Veggi Paneer Sandwich: /watch/QxBFKL9G3XZGF Follow me on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/amazinganjana/ Eat . @thebettermouth2 years ago Amazing recipe! I made just now and simply loved it! The vegetables i used were cauliflower, broccoli, capsicum, 1 tbsp peas. I have been advised not id="hidden1" to consume starchy veggies so i avoid corn. Added peas for taste else would' ve avoided.
thanks for the nice recipe. I think the bay leaf made it better tasting!
