i had a 90+ team with great chemistry, plus, i managed to have a load of +10 all attribute cards, so every match my players first couple of matches they played as their ratings showed, super fast, unstoppable, great shots etc.
however, after a 7 match win streak, suddenly, even with the attribute cards, my players became slower than mertesacker with 0 stamina, every one on one would go wide or get saved, and my defender would never be able to clear a cross or corner. And my keeper? Don' t even go there.
so, i uninstalled it and haven' t looked back since
there is no skill gap in the game currently, i lose most the time online to severely inferior teams. Ive played almost 200 games and have 49 losses, ive had less in whole years of fifa in the past and its the beginning of the 3rd week
earlier this morning i played weekend league as usual, before my parents wake up so i could concentrate on the game. I scored twice from cut back pass and thought it would be a easy win. But we all know leading is dangerous because the gameplay could turn bad suddenly and you' re gonna f up. Then the momentum shifted and i conceded two stupid goals, corner and penalty. It was early in the morning so i still have my temper, i timed my passes, did some skillmoves and scored another. But then the timed longshot came, it was 3: 3 and we reached the penalty.
and i miss all of them (not even on target! After the first pk goal while my opponent scored even i had my gk on right way. It got my nerve. I threw the dualshock and the crack waked my family. It makes you feel worthless, like it' s written from the very first, the in-game gravity has changed and you can do nothing about it. The gameplay is just unfair, no matter how hard you work on it there will be unpredictable shots outside the box, stupid penalties, silly high pressure that make your player dumb, handicap, scripting. Let alone the boring gameplay we have after the latest patch renewal.
i had some episodes of that, i hate going through this wl nightmares everyweek, and i' m sure that i' m not the only one, every of us have been through these wl nightmares. Why did we spent 10+ hours playing fifa everyweek? On a game that is so unfair to f you like a bitch? The gameplay is carcinogenic! I do not play football for rage! I am happy to take loss if my opponent is skillful, but unfair gameplay is killing soccer. By the way this year' s promo is sick but remember your headliners or prime icons could still f up in the game, ea is taking us as cashcows only. Guys there are other important things in life. Family, friends, work out, academy, your job, habits. I could have spent the time learning and reaching out. Ut is the bad habit and i' m gonna quit it.
sorry for writing that much, but i feel better after doing it. I appreciate all the streamers' work because they are trying to bring us intel and make the game fun, but the gameplay is unfair, maybe i' m the only one who cannot withstand. I hope this serves to remind me how bad the game was and why i quit ut, and for those who have the same issue.
