August 18, 2001 This footage was found during the end credits of Little Bear. A patron's child at the Universal Orlando hotel was asked a question by local news outlets about this incident, and he said, "My little sister was just watching Nick Jr, and all of the sudden I heard screaming. I ran into the room to find my sister dead on the floor, and beside her was a taco shell filled with organs."
