മീൻ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒന്ന് പൊള്ളിക്കു...പിന്നെ ഇങ്ങനെയേ ചെയ്യൂ..!!! Meen Pollichathu | Fish fry Fish roast 1. Fish - One large approximately 500 g to 750 g. 2. Malabar tamarind (Kudam puli) - 4 pieces soaked in water. 3. Green chili – 6 no. 4. Ginger – One large piece. 5. Garlic – One bulb. 6. Curry leaves – 5 to 6 springs. 7. Shallot – 5 to 6 no. 8. Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp. 9. Fenugreek/Uluva Powder – 1/2 tsp. 10. Kashmiri chilli – 1/2 table spoon. 11. Turmeric – 1/2 tsp. 12. Oil – 2 table spoon. 13. Salt as needed. 14. Onion – 2 no, sliced. 15. Lemon – 1 no. Method With a long, sharp knife, cut through the flesh all the way to the rib bones. Make the marinade: Blend the ingredients 2 to 13 with chutney consistency. Our masala is ready. Marinate the fish for 30 minutes with this masala as shown in the video. Cooking with oven: Place the onion slices in a roasting tray. Place the marinated fish. Place the rest of the onions in and around the fish. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook for 20 minutes. Check the fish and cook for some time if needed. Cooking using pan: Take a banana leaf. Place the onion slices and fish. Cover it with banana leaf. Fry it in a pan. Our fish roast is ready. Squeeze lemon on top of the fish and serve it.
