Two tuners have joined their powers to enhance the appeal of the latest Mercedes-AMG G63. When it arrived at Fostla, the 4×4 was already equipped with the Brabus 700 Widestar tuning package that takes care of the visuals, with the carbon fiber bonnet attachment, wide fenders, redesigned bumpers, and a few other features. Then, the company based in Hanover, Germany, proceeded to lower it by 30 mm (1.2 in), minimizing the space between the top end of the big wheel arches and the custom 24-inch rims, made by Brabus, which are called the Monobloc Z Platinum Edition and are hugged by the 295/35 and 355/25 tires front and rear. Passengers are greeted by the aftermarket entrance lights upon opening the doors, and once inside, they will find themselves surrounded by leather and Alcantara trim, Brabus logos, glossy black, and carbon fiber inserts and a few other items. Fostla has also contributed to the new atmosphere by fitting the G63 with a starry sky. The vehicle is not named the ‘700 Widestar’ for nothing, as the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 was tuned to deliver 700 PS (690 HP / 515 kW) and 950 Nm (701 lb-ft) of torque. Compared to the stock G63, it boasts 115 PS (113 HP / 85 kW) and 100 Nm (74 lb-ft) more. In terms of performance, you’re looking at 4.3 seconds for the 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) and a 240 km/h (149 mph) top speed. #g63 #brabus700widestar #fostla #autowrap text: carscoops.com
