You won't even know you are eating millets. Bisi Bele Bath is similar to Sambhar Rice or Vegetable khichdi with a sweet & tangy taste. I use Little millet because it is white in colour and can look like mashed rice. If you are someone who wants to eat more millets but have not yet begun to like them, do try this recipe.
Age: Suited for 12+ month children (Reduced salt & spice accordingly)
Little Millet is one of the 5 most nutritious millets. Its high on good fat, fibre, and very high on iron. Which is why it is great for kids. Dr. Khader Vali calls it as "Siridhanya" or the "precious grain".
Check the full recipe on the video and please tell me when you made it. This is one my favorites, my friends and kids wont even know its millets and I get all the 'good points' for making them eat healthy food :-P
Have a great day!,
