Taiwanese thank Lithuania for donation of 20,000 COVID vaccines

The Baltic country of Lithuania has announced a donation of 20,000 AstraZeneca vaccine doses to Taiwan. On social media, Lithuania''s foreign minister said that "freedom-loving people should look out for each other." Taiwan lawmakers have expressed their gratitude to Lithuania. I’m very happy with my country’s decision to donate vaccines to Taiwan. The donation has prompted an outpouring of thanks from everyday Taiwanese. Many have tried to return the favor by placing online orders for Lithuanian chocolate. Taiwanese food giant I-Mei Foods plans to express its appreciation, too. As a token of its thanks, it plans to send a 20-foot-long container crate filled with its signature snack puffs.
