This is a 10 min abs and core workout that is part of the 2023 Hourglass Challenge. There's 12 abs exercises in this workout, no equipment needed and you can do this at home or at the gym. Remember you can't target fat loss and everyone's different in their fitness journey so focus on using these challenges to get yourself stronger over time, working on your form and adjusting your diet with healthier choices. This workout won't necessarily give you a snatched waist. Your diet plays an important role in losing weight too. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time. When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs.     i love the strength and tone v id="hidden4"ideos, started with 2kgs, then upgraded to 4kgs and now here i am using 6kgs weights per arm.
    i lost 15kgs of pure fat in 10 months, and my nutritionist even congratulated me for working out so well without going to the gym (i work out at home)
    in the last 2 months i put on 1, 1kgs of muscles, while going down with fat.
    so thank you chloe for these videos, you explain how to do the exercises really well, definitely my coach/trainer.

I stopped doing them for a while, and my strength declined, but when I saw you had a new challenge coming out, I was super excited. I usually do my workouts anywhere between -8:00am, so I wasnt able to officially start day one. I did however, do your 20 minute vid for this challenge and omg. It was the most fun Ive had doing a workout EVER. Im going to do this tonight, so I can start day two tomorrow and I cant wait.
