#drymutton#sukamutton#aagrimutton Simple and tasty easy to Make aagri sukha mutton. Authentic Aagri Recipe. Served with rice bhakri . Sukha Mutton/Dry Mutton. Ingredients- Lamb- 500 gms 2 onions 1 tomato garlic - 10 cloves ginger- 1 inch dry coconut bay leaves- 2, blck cardamon-1 , 3 pepper corn,2 cloves,2 pieces of cinamon. turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Aagri red chilli powder- 3 tsp garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp cuin powder- 1/2 tsp coriender powder- 3/4 tsp salt oil Method- marinate mutton with turmeric,red chilli salt, garlic and ginger for 30 mins. for coconut and onion paste- roast coconut and onion on direct flame for 2 to 3 mins. cut coconut into pieces. grind. keep 3 tsp in mixer jar and rest remove and keep in jar for nxt use. in mixer jar add roasted onion. grind coconut and onion together and make a paste. in a pan ,heat 2 tbsp oil. put whole spices. add 1 chopped onion andfry till translucent. then add marinated mutton. cover with lid and cook on low flame for 15 mins. keep water on lid. after 15 mins, add cumin and coriender powder and hot water and cook for more 30 mins on low to medium flame. for masala- in another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, put tomato, stir till it becomes soft . Add grind onion and coconut paste and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and cook for 3 mins. After 30 mins, add prepared masala and some water if needed and cook for more 5 mins. after 5 mins sukha mutton is ready to serve . Serve with rice bhakri.
