Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp. Ginger/Garlic Paste ½ tsp. White Pepper Powder ½ tsp. Chicken Stock Powder 1 tsp. Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp. White Vinegar Salt to Taste   For Batter: ¼ cup Plain Flour ¼ cup Cornflour 1 Tbsp. Spring Onions 1 Egg 2 pinches Salt   For Szechwan Sauce: ⅔ cup Onion ¼" Ginger 4 Garlic Cloves ⅓ cup Spring Onions ¼ tsp. White Pepper Powder ½ tsp. Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp. Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste 4 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce ½ tsp. Chicken Stock Powder 1 Tbsp. Cornflour 2 tsp. Sugar 4 Tbsp.
