We came back with a brand new Christmas and holiday series, 'Christmas & Cooking Bells' .
Item name : Red Velvet Cupcakes

Ingredients:
Flour 1 cup
Cocopowder 2 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp
Salt a pinch
Butter 1/2 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Eggs 2
Oil 1/4 cup.
Red food colouring 2 tsp ( if needed add more)
Buttermilk 1/3 cup
Process:
Firstly, in a bowl take the butter and sugar and mix them perfectly. Give the eggs and bit properly in medium speed until the sugar dissolves and it becomes a creamy texture.
Then pour oil and bit to mix it. After that pour the buttermilk, vanilla essence and red food colour.
Then in a strainer take the dry ingredients. Strain them and Add all the dry ingredients and bit them in medium speed and mix them properly. Thn take a spatula and fold the cake mixture. In a cupcake mold place the cupcake liners. Fill the 2/3 of cupcake liners with the cake batter. In a preheated oven bake them for 25-30 minutes in 150 degree. After that check the cupcakes with a toothpick. When the toothpick come clean then the cupcakes are ready.
Cool down the cupcakes and they are ready for decorate!
