Ingredients:
Dough:
2 & 1/3 cup all purpose flour (330 g)
2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg beaten
4 tbsp softened butter
3/4 cup lukewarm milk (190 ml)
1 pack of yeast (7 g)
Filling:
1 pack of cream cheese (8 oz / 226 g)
4 tbsp powdered sugar
2 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 lemon zest
Egg wash twice with the mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1/4 tsp milk. Garnish with almond sliced. Preheat oven to 350F bake for 13-15 minutes.
