@fluffytail63559 months agoNice place for one person but would need a pantry (im a cook) and more closet space; ill skip the tub as im a shower person but nice layout and deck id="hidden6"space. As i live in bear country, i would put the metal fence completely around the deck to prevent bears from walking up the step and would add a cage protector to the sliding doors for reinforcement. Also thermal drapes are a must to control the climate and for privacy but i love the windows up high to let the light in. Last, to save space in the living room, i would just put the direct vent fireplace under the tv on the rock wall. Love the open concept and its done so well. Modern cozy! Love it (with only a few tweaks). ...Expand1

@
@luke98228 months agoI love this entire space, but i think part of what we all love about this tiny home is that it' s set on acreage with 360 views and the openness works in those use cases, this home would not work nearly as well because everything is exposed and viewable by a neighbor. Also, the entry area and the deck with hot tub do not count in the square footage, but a municipality would count those asarea, so you would still need the required setbacks and allowances to add those spaces. Great home. I just wonder how likely it is to exist because someone with this much space around them is not as confined to squeezing out every extra couple hundred square feet to get to this size. ...Expand17
