A fun, two tier rainbow buttercream cake coming your way! This cake design was created and submitted by the lovely Gracie90. I hope I made you proud ;D
The buttercream recipe used here is:
600 grams vegetable shortening (can be replaced with unsalted butter, or you can use half unsalted butter and half vegetable shortening)
1.2kg icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 to 4 tablespoons milk

I like to use gel food colour to create the coloured buttercream here from white. I had actually been itching to create a 2 tier rainbow cake, so I was very excited to see this submission, and even more excited when it got voted into the top 5 by you guys haha!
