Winter special recipe- sweet paratha or ranga alur paratha

Sweet Potato Paratha is very simple to make and delicious to eat. Paratha made with Sweet potatoes , whole wheat flour , Indian spices and coriander.Learn more about this recipe with me . 2 medium size sweet Potatoes boiled and smashed. 2 cups Wheat flour/all purpose flour Black cumin seeds 1tbsp oil Pinch of turmeric 1 cup chopped coriander 1 tsp ajwain seeds 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp grated ginger salt Procedure for making Sweet Potato Parathas Ranga Aloo Paratha Recipe:- Take a pan add water add the sweet potatoes and boil them , use a knife to check whether its cooked or not, if cooked then drain it and let it cool, smashed it and put it in mixing bowl. Add some oil in a kadai then put little black cumin seeds and pinch of turmeric powder and add the smashed potato, cook for few minutes if needed add water and cook . After 5 minuets of cooking keep it aside and let it cool . now add wheat flour or all purpose flour. Add some salt . Add the cooked Ranga Alu /sweet potato with flour , make a nice dough, if need add little bit water and make a nice and soft dough.add some oil when dough is ready . make a small balls out of the dough and roll into a round shaped chapati/paratha Add the paratha into the hot tawa and apply oil /ghee on both side roast well on both side.
