London anti-racism protest in support of US demos

(7 Jun 2020) Thousands of demonstrators marched from the US Embassy in south-west London towards Westminster on Sunday in protest over the death of George Floyd and systemic racism. People have been protesting in cities around the world since Floyd's death last Monday. Floyd died after a white Minneapolis police officer put his knee on the black man's neck for nearly nine minutes while Floyd was handcuffed and lying face-down on the ground.
