Malpua needs to serve with Rabrdi chilled or Hot.
Ingredients
1 Cup Maida / All Purpose Flour
½ Cup Sooji/Rava
½ Cup Jaggery
2 Tsp of Rice Flour
2 Tsp of Wheat Flour
Nutmeg / Jaifal
Velchi
2 Tsp of Curd
1 Cup Milk
Salt
Oil for Fry
In a mixing bowl first add 1 Cup Maida then add ½ Cup Rava and Mix it well.
Add 2 cup of Wheat Flour and add 2 Tsp of Rice Flour and Mix it well.
Now add ½ cup Jaggery and 2 Tsp of Curd and Mix it well.
Add milk and start mixing it make the batter without the lumps.
Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes add salt for taste, jaifal and Velchi powder. Mix it well.
Heat the oil in Kadai or pan.
Gently pour the batter in hot oil.
U will automatically get the Malpua’s shape.
Deep fry and Remove it in the serving plate.
Pour rabardi in top.
Garnish with chopped Almonds and Kaju.
Serve Hot or Chilled.
