INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 1/2 cup) milk
Salt 1 tsp
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
7g dry yeast
500g (4 1/2 cups) Flour
Sesame seeds for topping
METHOD
In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar and yeast. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour.
Mix again layer the baking pan with balls of different sizes. Let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Spread with water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
