This is the fluffiest cake ever!INGREDIENTS 70g (1/2 cup) flour 70g melted butter 80ml (1/3 cup) milk 5 egg yolks 5 egg whites 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt METHOD In a bowl sift the flour, salt, melted butter and milk, add in egg yolks and vanilla. Beat well egg whites with sugar and lemon juice. Mix everything together and transfer to the baking pan.
