Classic crispy Italian bread sticks, great as a snack or for dipping. These are simple to make and taste just like they came from a restaurant!
INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
10g (1 tbsp) sugar
5g (1 tsp) salt
7g dry yeast
40ml (5 tbsp) olive oil
400g (3 cups) white flour
Sesame seeds
METHOD
Mix together milk, sugar and yeast. Add in oil, flour and salt. Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough and transfer it onto the plate with sesame seeds. Roll out the dough again and cut into the sticks.
Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
